Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Metaajer website and platform. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

Metaajer is a digital trust and reputation advisory service operated by Signauto Management Consultancy Co. W.L.L., a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, commercial registration (CR#) 188307-1 ("Signauto", "we", "us"). Registered office: Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Signauto is always the party you deal with. This is true whichever website address, partner brand or partner interface you used. Partners are independent businesses. They are not our agents, they cannot bind us, and they are not a party to these terms or to our agreements with you.

2. How these terms fit with our agreements

You may also sign one or more of our agreements:

• the Subscription Terms & Conditions, for the self-service plans;
• the ORM Service Agreement, for a bespoke engagement that follows a proposal;
• for partners, the Affiliate Partner Agreement.

Where one of those agreements covers a subject, that agreement prevails over these terms on that subject. These terms cover everything else, including applying for access, using the diagnostic and using the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

3. Access is by application

Access to Metaajer is by application and review. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and creates no contract by itself. We review every application and may approve or decline it. We are not required to give a reason. If we approve it, we email you a private link to set a password. Access for a client is by invitation through that link only.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must give accurate and complete information when you apply.

4. Accounts and the two-scan allowance

• You are responsible for keeping your password and your account secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Do not share your account. One person, one account.
• Each client account includes two diagnostic scans. Further scans are available only if we approve a request. Re-scans that we run ourselves to show a paying client their progress do not count against the two.
• A client must complete a first diagnostic before using the rest of the dashboard.

5. What the diagnostic is, and is not

A diagnostic is surface-level research using public information, as it stood on the day it was run. It reports what search engines and AI assistants said, and it presents two automated scores and a position.

• It is not legal, financial, investment, regulatory or other professional advice, and it is not a statement of fact about any person or organisation.
• Search results and AI answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. The report quotes them as what a source said, not as a finding that it is true.
• The report is produced automatically. A person does not review it before it is delivered. You can ask us to review any result (see our Privacy Policy).
• A deeper investigation happens only if you engage us for it, and before any such work begins.
• We make no promise of any outcome or timeline. Search engines, AI systems and platforms are run by independent third parties whose decisions we do not control.

6. Authority and responsible use

You may use Metaajer only to look into yourself, or an organisation you are authorised to act for. When you name a person in a diagnostic (for example a director of your company), you confirm that you have a legitimate reason and, where it applies, the authority to do so.

You must not use Metaajer to harass, stalk, intimidate, defame or profile any person, to look into a person for a purpose that is unlawful, or to gather information about someone you have no legitimate interest in. We may refuse, remove or stop any request we reasonably believe breaks this rule.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or any person's rights through your use of Metaajer;
• give false information, or apply or act in someone else's name without their knowledge;
• try to get around our access controls, bot checks or rate limits, or access another account, partner or client's data;
• probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission;
• send harmful code, or load the platform in a way that harms it or other users;
• copy, scrape or resell the platform, reports or the service, except as these terms or an agreement allow;
• upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Metaajer name, logo, design, software, text and templates belong to Signauto or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform and your reports for your own purposes under these terms and your agreement.

The sample diagnostic and sample report on our website are about a fictional company. Names, people, institutions and websites in them are invented. They illustrate the format only.

What you upload remains yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the service to you. Ownership of content that we create and publish for you is governed by your Subscription Terms or ORM Service Agreement.

9. Payments

Fees, billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation are set out in the Subscription Terms & Conditions for self-service plans, and in the ORM Service Agreement and its proposal for bespoke engagements. Nothing in these terms changes them. Card payments are taken by our payment provider on its own page.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Metaajer running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of it, and we may carry out maintenance, with notice where practical.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, with notice where practical, if you break these terms or an agreement, if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful or unethical or is inconsistent with our professional standards, or if the law requires it. You may stop using Metaajer at any time. How a subscription is cancelled and what happens to fees is set out in the Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Sections that by their nature should continue (for example sections 5, 8, 12, 13 and 15) continue after access ends.

12. Disclaimers

The platform and the diagnostic are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the platform or any report will be complete, accurate, current or suitable for your purpose.

13. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage; for actions of third parties, including search engines, AI providers, platforms, publishers and anyone who misuses or misquotes content; for unauthorised access to your own accounts or systems; or for changes in your search visibility, AI-assistant visibility or online reputation arising from factors outside our control.

Our total liability to you under these terms, however it arises, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. This is the same limit that applies in the Subscription Terms & Conditions. Where you have an ORM Service Agreement, the limit in that agreement applies to matters it covers. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity for misuse

If your misuse of Metaajer, or your breach of section 6 or 7, causes us a claim, loss or cost, you will compensate us for it. This applies only to misuse and breach by you. It does not apply to your ordinary use of the platform.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish each version with a version number and an effective date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell account holders. If you keep using Metaajer after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
